1962

Jacobsens Bakery Ltd. (formerly Intergoods Bakery Ltd.) was established in 1962 by Mr. Sigurd Jacobsen - originally as an import/export company.

1967

The company commenced export and marketing of traditional Danish Butter Cookies in tins under its own brands using domestic manufacturers to co-pack the products.

1984

The business had grown to a substantial level and the decision was made to establish our own manufacturing facility. A state-of-the-art, fully automated baking and packing line was installed. During the following years, investments in the latest technology was constantly implemented in order to increase capacity, to secure a high and consistent quality level, create a higher degree of flexibility and to ensure timely delivery.

2001

In January 2001 the company changed its name from Intergoods Bakery Ltd. to Jacobsens Bakery Ltd as part of a new product and branding strategy.

Today

Today Jacobsens Bakery Ltd. is the preferred supplier of Danish quality cookies packed in an extensive range of added value tins by major retailers all over the world.

This position has been achieved through detailed knowledge about the constant changes in market- and consumer demands alongside constant innovation within products and designs.
